If you've received an email acknowledging that your order has shipped and it hasn't arrived within 10 days, please email us at Sales@IndonesianMusic.com. Indicate your order number and that your shipment is "Overdue" in the email title. If you chose a shipment method other than parcel post, we can track down your package. If you chose parcel post as your shipping method, our policy is to wait 60 days before declaring a United States order lost (this is what the United States Postal Service requires). We also wait 60 days for all shipments outside the United States before declaring an item that was reported lost actually lost.
